No. Our fee covers the setup and configuration. The platform subscription — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or similar — is billed directly by that provider.
Why do my emails go to spam?
Almost always missing or wrong SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Those are authentication records that tell the world your mail is genuinely from you. Setting them correctly is the core of this service.
Can you use a domain I bought elsewhere?
Yes. We just need access to your registrar’s DNS settings. It does not matter where you bought it.
How many mailboxes can I have?
As many as you need — the subscription cost scales with users, which is billed by the provider. We configure whatever you require.
Can you migrate my existing email?
Migration is a separate job depending on volume and provider. Tell us your setup and we will quote it.
