We understand that purchasing business formation, taxation, accounting, and compliance services is an important decision, and we strive to ensure every client receives the highest level of service.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
Nature of Our Services
Most services provided by Kuick Formation involve:
- Professional consultation
- Research and preparation
- Government filings
- Regulatory submissions
- Document preparation
- Administrative processing
- Coordination with third parties
Because many of these activities begin immediately after an order is confirmed, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed.
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered in circumstances such as:
- Duplicate payment made for the same order.
- Payment processed due to a technical or billing error.
- Cancellation requested before any work has commenced.
- Kuick Formation is unable to provide the requested service for reasons unrelated to the client.
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are generally not available once any of the following has occurred:
- Consultation has been provided.
- Document preparation has begun.
- Government forms have been prepared.
- Applications have been submitted.
- Government filing fees have been paid.
- Third-party services have been purchased.
- Company registration has been filed.
- Tax returns have been prepared or submitted.
- Accounting or bookkeeping work has been performed.
- Digital products or downloadable documents have been delivered.
Professional time, expertise, and completed work cannot be refunded after services have been substantially performed.
Government Fees
Government filing fees, registration fees, taxes, statutory charges, and similar payments made to government authorities are generally non-refundable once submitted.
Any refund of government fees is subject solely to the policies of the relevant government authority.
Third-Party Costs
Certain services involve payments made to third parties, including:
- Registered Agents
- Domain Registrars
- Hosting Providers
- Trademark Offices
- Courier Services
- Payment Providers
- Government Agencies
- Other Professional Partners
Where these costs have already been incurred, they are generally non-refundable.
Client Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation before work begins.
If work has not yet commenced, Kuick Formation will review the request and determine whether a full or partial refund is appropriate.
If work has already started, refunds may be reduced to reflect work completed and expenses incurred.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Client
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
Kuick Formation is not responsible for delays, rejections, additional fees, or unsuccessful applications resulting from:
- Incorrect information
- Incomplete documentation
- Failure to respond to requests
- Misrepresentation
- Failure to meet legal requirements
Refunds are generally not available in these situations.
Rejected Applications
Government agencies, tax authorities, banks, payment providers, and other organizations make independent decisions regarding approvals.
A rejection, delay, or request for additional information by a third party does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
Where possible, Kuick Formation will assist clients in addressing requests for additional information or correcting filing issues.
Digital Services
Digital services including website development, logo design, and software-related work are generally non-refundable once development or implementation has commenced.
If the project is cancelled before work begins, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Services
Where services are provided on a recurring subscription basis, cancellation will stop future billing where applicable.
Amounts already billed for completed service periods are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, although the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Exceptional Circumstances
Kuick Formation may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests outside this policy where exceptional circumstances exist.
Such decisions are made individually and do not establish a precedent for future requests.
